What You’ll Need
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
- Experience in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting
- Sound understanding of the EYFS and child development
- A kind, proactive, and collaborative approach
- Awareness of safeguarding policies and inclusive practices
- Strong communication and teamworking skills

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
- Provide high standards of care, safety, and emotional support
- Monitor and document children’s progress and development
- Promote inclusive practice and meet the needs of all children
- Foster strong relationships with families and team members
- Ensure the nursery environment is clean, safe, and stimulating
- Contribute to planning, team reflections, and a positive learning culture
