Hours: 38.75 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Four days on site – 06:30 to 16:45

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Robot Weld Programmer/Operator to join our team. As a Robot Weld Programmer, you will be responsible for setting up and operating robotic welding machines to produce a variety of fabricated components.
Key Responsibilities
- Programme, operate, and maintain robotic welding machines
- Inspect and ensure weld quality
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment and processes
- Train and assist other operators in robotic welding
- Test and validate robot programmes to ensure proper functionality and performance
- Identify and resolve programming issues
Requirements
- Previous experience in robotic welding or a related field
- 2+ years' MIG experience (a weld test will be carried out at interview)
- Experience working with various thickness materials
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- The ability to hit deadlines and achieve daily production schedules
- Must be able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to keep a safe and clean working environment
- Willingness to assist with other duties as and when required
Please note, this role will include manual handling.
