We are seeking a proactive and reliable individual to support our client’s mail service operations for an 8-week project starting in September. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone looking to gain experience in a mailroom or administrative environment. The successful candidate will assist with sorting, distributing, and managing both incoming and outgoing mail, while also supporting internal teams and maintaining basic records.
Key Responsibilities:-
• Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
• Manage internal mail processes, ensuring accurate tracking and timely delivery.
• Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve any mail-related queries.
Essential Skills & Experience
• Basic IT skills, including familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues.
• Organised, reliable, and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
