The Best Connection is currently recruiting for a Night Shift Warehouse Operative to join a well-established logistics operation in Banbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure consistent night work with great pay and supportive team environment.
Your Role Will Include:-
Picking and packing goods ready for dispatch

Using paper pick lists to ensure accurate order preparation

Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse

Working as part of a motivated and reliable night shift team

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

Reliable, punctual, and have strong attention to detail

Able to work consistently through night shifts

Experienced in warehouse work - ideal but not essential (full training provided)

Competitive pay: £15.36 per hour

Set night shift hours: 10 PM to 6 AM (Mon-Fri)
