Shifts: 3-Rotating Shift Pattern (AM, PM, Nights)
Are you an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver looking for a new opportunity? Join a well-established, fast-paced warehouse operation in Birmingham where your skills and reliability will be highly valued.
Shift Pattern (Full-Time, Ongoing Role):-
AM Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm

PM Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
-
Night Shift: 10:00pm - 6:00am
Applicants must be flexible to work all three shifts on a rotating basis.
Key Responsibilities:-
Safely operate a Counterbalance FLT
-
Load/unload goods from vehicles and racking systems
-
Move stock and pallets around the warehouse

Perform pre-operation checks and report any faults

Support general warehouse duties when required

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment

Follow all Health & Safety procedures and site rules
✔ Valid and in-date FLT Counterbalance licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
✔ Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Strong communication skills and good attention to detail
✔ Willingness to work on a rotating shift pattern
✅ Weekly pay - £13.85 per hour
