Summary

The School of Health and Life Sciences is now seeking to appoint a Clinical Placement Facilitator to promote high-quality student placements through offering guidance to both students and practice staff along with supporting and assessing students in clinical practice.

The role will ensure regulatory requirements are met whilst fostering effective collaboration between Teesside University and placement providers to enhance the quality and consistency of the practice learning environment

Applicants must have a Masters in a relevant discipline or an equivalent professional qualification or significant practical work experience and have contemporary knowledge and practical experience in Nursing.

You must hold or be willing to achieve a relevant Teaching Qualification normally within two years of employment i.e. PGCHE/Higher Education Academy (Associate Fellow/Senior Fellow) accreditation.

Applicants should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organisational ability, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.

Please be advised that due to the minimum salary thresholds imposed by the UKVI, this post may qualify for university sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route.
