Summary
Contract Type: Fixed Term Until 31/03/2026
Working Hours: Saturdays and Sundays, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive a fully accessible 16-seater minibus, transporting passengers to/from hospital.
· Ensure passenger safety and comfort, including support for individuals with mobility needs.
· Conduct daily vehicle safety checks, report defects, and keep the minibus clean.
· Maintain accurate journey records (mileage, fares, etc.).
· Occasionally supervise other drivers and support transport operations as needed.
· Act as a Single Point of Contact for efficient coordination and communication.
· Adhere to Community360’s safety procedures, policies, and values.
Essential Requirements (You Must Have):
· Extensive driving experience, ideally with minibuses or in a community transport setting
· Full, clean UK Driving Licence with D1 entitlement
· MiDAS certified or willing to complete training before starting
· Ability to carry out basic vehicle safety checks and maintenance
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· IT proficiency (Email, MS Office 365, cloud platforms)
· Good all-round secondary education
· Commitment to personal and professional development
