Summary
*The Role*
Lightmaster is looking for a proactive & enthusiastic Internal Sales & Purchasing Co-ordinator to join our dynamic lighting supply & design team. This is a great opportunity for someone organised, driven & ready to make a real impact within a growing, collaborative business.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Manage customer enquiries & process orders for internal sales
- Coordinate with sales & design team to ensure on-time deliveries
- Communicate with suppliers to source products & maintain stock levels
- Maintain accurate product data & pricing
- Support marketing by promoting key product lines, attending occasional trade events & updating the website
- Build & maintain relationships with customers, installers & partners
- Manage returns, conduct stock checks & assist with process improvements across sales & supply functions
*Skills & Experience*
- Internal sales and/or procurement experience preferred
- Experience in a customer facing sales or marketing role preferred
- Technical understanding or willingness to learn (In house training provided)
- Comfortable working with stock control & CRM systems (experience with Odoo is a bonus, training provided)
- Must have a full UK driver's license and access to a vehicle
