Summary
Seeking HGV1 drivers! Days only, no weekends!
HGV Class 1 Drivers needed for multiple sites across South Yorkshire for a reputable logistics client.
Looking for a minimum of 12 months experience but may accept slightly less.
Deliveries can vary from single pallet to full-load deliveries, with most being single depot drops. Work involves long-distance trunking and will include return load/backhaul solutions to reduce empty miles.
To be considered you must have the below:
-A full valid HGV1 Licence
-A digital tacho card
-A valid CPC card
-The ability to work varied shifts
-At least twelve months experience is required
- Strong familiarity with driver hours and regulations
This role is long term, ongoing.
Monday through to Friday.
Shifts start between 04:00 and 07:00
Shifts are expected to run up to 11 hours, with a 45 min mandatory unpaid rest period.
Rates of pay are - £19.76 through one of our FCSA accredited Umberella schemes
Or £16.50 through PAYE. You can also accrue 28 days holiday - pro rata
