Summary
The Role: We're seeking enthusiastic and professional waiting staff to join our dedicated front-of-house team. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time opportunities, we have positions available to suit your schedule. You will be working in a hotel environment where memorable service is what the client deliver day in, day out. This is a really nice role where you’ll thrive in a busy, well balanced team. We’re looking for people who can really make the difference to a guest stay, little things like remembering a name, a drink and having the biggest smile make this place one of the top venues in the area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing exceptional service to our guests
• Taking food and beverage orders
• Maintaining knowledge of menu items and daily specials
• Setting and maintaining dining areas
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness
• Working collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams
• Handling guest queries professionally
The ideal person:
• Previous hospitality experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
