Summary
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and hard-working Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our outdoor maintenance team. You'll be responsible for maintaining parks, green spaces, public areas, and commercial grounds to a high standard.
This is a hands-on role that involves early starts and working in all weather conditions, so a strong work ethic and reliability are key.
Key Responsibilities:-
Grass cutting using mowers and strimmers

Hedge trimming and pruning

Leaf clearance and litter picking

Weeding, planting, and basic landscaping

Use of hand tools and powered equipment

Ensuring grounds are clean, tidy, and safe

Following health and safety procedures at all times

Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or gardening is desirable

Basic knowledge of tools and machinery

Driving licence is essential as will be using company vehicles
