CSCS Labourer – Fencing TeamLocation: Hilton, DerbyPay: £13 – £14 per hourHours: Monday to Friday, 5:30am / 6:00am startStart date: ImmediateJob OverviewWe are currently seeking a reliable and hard-working CSCS Labourer to join a busy fencing team operating in and around the Hilton (Derby) area. The work involves supporting the installation of fencing across a variety of sectors, including commercial, residential, agricultural, industrial, and highways projects.This is a full-time position offering consistent hours, a supportive team environment, and long-term work for the right candidate.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the installation of fencing panels, posts, gates, and security systems.Dig post holes, move and load materials, and prepare work areas.Maintain clean and safe site conditions throughout the day.Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled installers.Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with site rules and Health & Safety standards.Travel between local sites as required (transport to sites is provided).RequirementsValid CSCS card (Green Labourer Card or higher).Must have own safety boots and hi-vis clothing – all other PPE/tools provided.Experience in fencing, groundwork, landscaping, or construction labouring preferred but not essential.Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in all weather.Strong work ethic, punctual, and reliable.Able to work early mornings and keep up with the pace of the team.What’s Offered£13 – £14 per hour, paid weekly.Monday–Friday working – no weekends.Immediate start available.Opportunity to gain experience across varied fencing projects.How to ApplyIf you're a hardworking labourer with a CSCS card and you're ready to get started immediately, we’d love to hear from you.Apply now with your CV or contact us directly to arrange a quick start.
