Summary
To act immediately and sensitively with patients/carers to resolve any concerns raised. To maintain effective communication and professional relationships with all other clinical areas associated within Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and the wider NHS services i.e. community To participate in the Trusts appraisal programme and agree objectives for continuing development of self and service.
