Seeking a skilled Planning Officer to assess planning applications, negotiate with applicants and agents, and provide impartial advice. Responsibilities include pre-application discussions, determining applications, preparing reports, handling appeals, attending committees, conducting site visits, and delivering excellent customer service. Strong knowledge of planning policy and stakeholder engagement is desirable
