Summary
Must be able to drive and have own car as part of the job is community based.
Must have a qualification in care and basic computor skills
To complete service user reviews.
To complete spot checks on staff
To write up Personal support plans for service users
To cover shifts when your coordinator is not available.
To communicate with care managers, district nurses, service users and their advocates.
To manage staff in a polite manner. To practice no discrimination and offer equal opportunities to each staff member and client.
To undergo any training deemed fit by the company in order to enhance your skill level to equip you to do your job.
To update Service User records on our computer system.
To ensure that Person Support plans are kept up to date.
Quality assurance to complete spot checks with staff every 3 months.
Quality assurance to complete reviews and risk assessments every 6 months– complete the paper work and log on the computer system.
To answer the telephone and record and pass on messages.

To be on call one evening per week.
part time in the office 22.5hrs and you could pick up care hours to make up a full-time position. Alternate weekends. This can be discussed fully at interview.
To work office support alternate weekends and if needed pick up care calls when care staff can not be sourced,
