Summary
Work alongside a skilled multidisciplinary team, contributing to clinical excellence and innovation. Active participation in clinical guideline development and supporting service contract negotiations is expected. Contribute to the training and supervision of junior clinical staff. Support professional development across the team by fostering a learning and research-informed environment. A central aspect of this role is to lead on research and audit within the department: Collaborate with the Trusts Research & Development (R&D) team to identify and initiate relevant research opportunities. Develop and expand the departments research portfolio, including clinical trials in Sexual Health and HIV. Promote a culture of continuous improvement through clinical audits and quality assurance initiatives.
