Summary
Project Manager
Doncaster
Monday to Friday – 39 hour week
Are you experienced in managing steel installation projects across the rail, highways and construction sectors?
Can you confidently coordinate design, production and installation, while ensuring compliance with specifications and safety protocols?
Benefits Package:
£45,000 – £50,000 per annum
24 days annual leave + bank holidays
As a Project Manager you will be required to:
Manage and oversee the structural steelwork installation on several projects
Read engineering, structural steelwork and connection drawings
Undertake site surveys and provide detailed fabrication/installation info
Coordinate design, production and installation of projects
Understand scope, specs and requirements of each project
Produce Risk Assessments and Method Statements
Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Be based in the office when not on site
Be willing to work weekends, nights or away when required
Candidate:
Must hold or have previously held: NEBOSH, SMSTS, SSSTS or CSCS
PTS desirable (or must be willing to complete after appointment, including Drugs/Alcohol Medical)
Experience in one or more of the following is advantageous:
Plater/Fabricator
Steel Erection
Supervision
Project Delivery
Estimating
Planning
Design
Projects include Railway Stations, Rail Bridges, Footbridges, Road Bridges, Lift Shafts, Platform Canopies, Staircases, Motorway Gantries, Structural Steel Repairs, Temporary Works, Construction, and Subcontract packages (e.g. Glazing, Cladding, Balustrades, Civils work).
