As a Hospitality/Catering Assistant with ISS UK, you will be at the forefront of delivering a world-class service, positively influencing each customer’s day.​

You will assist with the preparation, presentation, service, and cleaning of the site, ensuring it meets both the company’s standards and the client’s expectations.

The Role

Prepare and serve specialty drinks and food

Set up hospitality rooms, deliver and arrange items, and collect them in a timely manner

Keep both front-of-house and back-of-house areas clean, safe, and well-organised

Take ownership of your workspace and actively seek ways to improve service

Handle cash and operate the till system accurately

Ensure all food and drink meet the highest standards of quality and presentation

Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and personal appearance at all times
