Responsibilities
• Lead and enhance team performance within the service department
• Deliver departmental targets and meet budgetary goals
• Manage both Parts and Service operations
• Ensure exceptional customer service aligned with manufacturer and dealer standards
Qualifications
• Proven experience managing a busy aftersales department
• Strong track record in team leadership and development
• Ability to oversee combined Parts and Service functions
• Consistent and stable employment history
Salary and Benefits
• Competitive basic salary (dependent on experience)
• Profit share bonus scheme
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
