Summary
Heritage & Conservation Officer needed in Macclesfield Paying £31.49 per hr ref 5273489
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key duties include providing expert heritage advice on complex planning proposals, maintaining the Buildings at Risk register, supporting enforcement actions, and managing Conservation Area designations and reviews.
You'll liaise with developers, councils, and the public, contribute to policy development, attend hearings and committees, and support team operations. Experience in heritage planning and conservation legislation is ideal.
