What you'll be doing:
• Inspect, service, and repair vacuum waste tankers to a high maintenance standard
• Identify and report commercial opportunities to your line manager
• Complete all compliance paperwork accurately and on time
• Drive and operate company vehicles safely and in line with road laws and policies
• Complete all required training and adhere to health and safety standards
• Deliver high customer service while meeting deadlines
• Demonstrate professional values in all you do
• Work may include shift patterns and weekend working
• Other duties as required by management
Who we're looking for:
• Time-served experience with tankers (preferably waste tankers) or similar HGV vehicles including trucks and trailers
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, plant machinery, or similar vehicle types is a plus
• City & Guilds level 1, 2, and 3 or equivalent qualifications beneficial
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Able to prioritise workload and work independently when needed
• High enthusiasm and professional attitude
