£35,000 - £40,000 Basic

Wandsworth Area
Join a top-tier independent workshop that specialises exclusively in German performance vehicles. Work alongside a skilled, passionate team in a fully equipped garage where your expertise is valued and rewarded. This role offers the perfect blend of challenging work, excellent pay, and real career growth—no corporate hassle, just pure craftsmanship.
What You’ll Be Doing
• MOT testing and full servicing on German vehicles
• Mechanical and electrical fault diagnosis and repair
• Working to OEM standards using approved parts and equipment
• Supporting workshop efficiency and quality control
• Contributing to an evolving team and operation
What We’re Looking For
• Qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• MOT licence (preferred, or willingness to train)
• Confident working on brands like BMW, Mercedes, Audi, VW, Porsche
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
Why Join?
• Overtime: Paid at 1.5× your normal rate
• Attendance bonus: £1,500 per year (paid in two instalments; minus £150 for each sick day)
• German vehicle focus – Specialist work every day
• No weekends – Monday to Friday hours
• Team culture – Small, experienced crew; supportive and skilled
• 20 days + bank holidays, plus an extra day for each year of service after 5 years
• Christmas shutdown: Approximately 9–10 days closed, using only 1.5 days of holiday
• Room to grow – Your role can evolve with the business
• High earnings potential – Realistic £41.5k+ with bonus/overtime
