Summary
Search are currently working with a large global organisation who are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their team! This role is open due to someone moving internally within the business!
Job Duties:
- Managing a portfolio of clients to collect monies owed to the business
- Building internal relationships with fee earners, partners and stakeholders
- Dealing with complex invoice queries and chasing invoices from clients via phone and email
- Keep finance systems up to date at all times
- Assisting with the production of regular reports and monitoring daily cash collection targets
- Updating collections software daily, ensuring payment history contact data is up to date at all times
Candidate must possess:
- Worked in a professional services background
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work to timed deadlines
- High level of accuracy
- Attention to detail
