Job Overview

A well-established Estate Agency is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Valuer to join their team based in Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in residential property who is passionate about delivering excellent service and achieving results.

Key Duties:
* Carry out accurate and professional valuations for residential properties across Edinburgh and surrounding areas.
* Stay informed on current market conditions, local trends, and property values.
* Communicate clearly and effectively with clients to understand and meet their needs.
* Coordinate and conduct property viewings, ensuring a positive experience for prospective buyers or tenants.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance service delivery and overall client satisfaction.
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service.

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Valuer or in a similar role within the estate agency or property sector.
* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a confident, professional manner.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload.
* A self-motivated individual with a strong interest in the property market and a results-driven mindset.
* Full UK driving licence

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per year (Plus commission based on performance)
