This position is for a developing house builder building timber frame homes to an exceptional standard.
Job description: We are seeking a talented Site manager to join the team. As the Site Manager you will oversee the sites progression and project to finish. You will be responsible for ensuring the project is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day to day site operations
Extensive knowledge of timber frame construction process
Excellent leadership
Leading handovers, final site presentation
