Summary
IFA Support Team Executive
You will be an important part of our friendly and supportive team working within the administrative function and supporting the firms’ Financial Advisers.
You will be well-organised with excellent attention to detail; able to communicate and articulate well, face to face, over the phone and by email/letter. A person with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Educated to GCSE level(minimum) with a desire to achieve further industry recognised qualifications.
Main duties / Responsibilities:
- Welcoming clients to the office and answering telephone calls
- Processing incoming and outgoing post
- Filing and Scanning
- Take responsibility for the smooth processing and tracking of administrative tasks.
- Ensure accurate updating of the back office system
- Issuing letters of Authority and collating information received.
- Completing ID checks
- Preparing and issuing client review packs
- Responding to client enquiries in a timely manner
- Keeping up to date with changes that affect your role
- Interacting and working closely with the rest of the support team to ensure a
consistent approach
- Liaising with Clients, IFAs, Professional Intermediaries and Providers
This is an office based role.
We actively encourage our colleagues to progress in the industry and support is provided to study for the CII Diploma in regulated financial planning.
Competitive employment package, including 25 days holiday rising to 30 after 5 years' service (excluding bank holidays) 5% employer pension contribution, life protection and income protection. Salary dependant on skills, experience and qualifications.
