Summary
IT Support Analyst needed in Loughborough
The rate is £17.50ph PAYE
This is a temporary role

The successful candidate will provide Technical IT support to users of services from first point of contact to incident resolution. They will identify, diagnose, resolve and document technical IT problems and incidents and will ensure delivery of an effective and appropriate service to all service users, fairly and without discrimination.
They will take responsibility for, document and resolve or escalate, as appropriate, incidents and requests for service received from service users via email, web form or telephone
