Summary

Community Carer – Evening & Weekend Hours

Location: Tiverton & Surrounding Areas

Salary: £26,000 per annum (based on 37.5 hrs/week) – Part-Time Pro Rata

Contract Type: Full-Time or Part-Time – Flexible Shifts Available

Driving Required: Yes – Full UK licence & Access to a Vehicle

The Role

Deliver person-centred care with warmth and professionalism in clients’ homes, including:

Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
Supporting meals and hydration
Medication prompts and administration
Emotional reassurance and companionship
Mobility assistance
Light household support (tidying, laundry, fresh linens)
Recording care via our simple mobile app
You’ll be a familiar and trusted face—providing practical support and comfort when it’s needed most.

When You'll Work

Evening and weekend availability is especially welcome, with flexible shift options such as:

Evening shifts (typically 4:00pm–10:00pm)
Weekend mornings, afternoons, or full days
Extra shifts offered via our Click to Care app—pick up hours that suit you
We’ll work with you to build a rota around your availability while ensuring continuity of care for our clients.

What You’ll Need

Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Right to work in the UK – sponsorship not available
Caring, dependable approach and excellent timekeeping
Confidence using a smartphone to manage rotas and care notes
What You’ll Receive

£26,000 annual salary (pro rata for part-time)
45p per mile travel allowance
