A Role With Routine and Flexibility

37.5 hours per week, across 5 days
Part-Time hours available - rotas can be built offering flexibility to fit customer needs and staff lifestyles
Alternate weekends included
A mix of morning (7am–2pm), midday (10am–4pm), and evening (4pm–10pm) shifts
Minimum of 3 morning or 3 evening shifts weekly
Optional extra hours via our Click to Care app—you decide what fits your life
What You’ll Do Each Day No two visits are the same—but each one is a chance to bring comfort and confidence to someone’s home. You’ll support with:

Personal care that respects privacy and independence
Meal prep and hydration
Medication prompts or administration
Light housework and a touch of cheer
Mobility support and movement assistance
Companionship and encouragement
Quick and simple app-based care notes
You’ll become a trusted, steady presence—someone who brings calm and care when it matters most.

What You’ll Need

A full UK driving licence and reliable transport
The right to work in the UK (we’re unable to offer sponsorship)
A compassionate nature and commitment to doing things right
Basic smartphone confidence (we’ll help you learn the rest)
