Summary
Please note, this advert is for posts available across the city at our 3 bases: Kings Norton, Small Heath and Erdington. Preference of base will be discussed at the offer stage. To manage and co-ordinate a caseload under the supervision of the Senior Community Nurse. To focus on individual health outcomes for people with learning disabilities and offer support to access health services.
