I am rehabilitating from a brain injury that happened in 2018.
I need another person to join my team to help me maintain structure, enjoy activities and navigate life with greater confidence and independence.
My independence is what I am striving for and would like help motivating & inspiring me to achieve what is possible. Unfortunately, I do suffer with frustration and at times can be overwhelmed by it. I am learning strategies to help me overcome this.
For my enjoyment, I love to be sociable and make others laugh. I have a campervan and love to enjoy the pleasure this brings me getting me out and about.
I enjoy photography, music and spending time with others.

The shift pattern will be over 3 days including 3 sleep-in shifts. This is a rolling rota 3days/nights on and 6 off. Also to provide, holiday and sickness cover as and when needed.
The night rate is £40per sleep night.
Effective communication is key with the other team members to ensure the continuity of my care.
The position is funded by direct payment. We are an independent employer.
You will be paid through PAYE every 4 weeks.
The position is for an immediate start.
