Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic Healthcare Assistants to join a Nottingham care home, who live in the NG10 area, to support residents suffering with dementia and Alzheimer’s.
In this role, the residents’ wellbeing is the top priority, and as you get to know them, you will be able to effectively aid them in mobility and nutrition, to name a few.
No two days as a Healthcare Assistant are the same, and additional responsibilities could include:-
• carrying out domestic tasks.
• reporting condition updates.
• following health and safety guidelines.
• Helping with feeding, dressing, bathing.
• Support with residents emotional and physical needs.

To be considered for this rewarding role you must have the following: -
• You must have proven experience within a similar care environment
• Have a checkable work history
• Have up to date mandatory training documents, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Moving and Handling, and Infection Control. Should you not have up to date certificates we can offer online training, with an added fee
• Have an in date enhanced DBS check, if your DBS have expired, we can offer the facility to arrange a new one for you.
We are unable to offer support for VISA applicants.
This is an ongoing opportunity.
Your typical hours will start at 22.00. and finish at 07.00, Monday to Friday.
You will be paid an hourly rate of £12.35 per hour
