With projects ranging from £1 - £15 million and typically spanning across various sectors, this is your chance to secure a fantastic opportunity!
Project Quantity Surveyor

As the Project QS, you will:
- Oversee all commercial and contractual administration matters
- Conduct various monthly reports
- Measure and request payments from clients, paying subcontractors, ensuring contracts are being adhered to and generally monitoring and reporting risk
What are they looking for?
- Proven experience with either a regional / national contractor as the QS
- Commercial, Leisure and or Healthcare project experience (desired)
- Experience in both JCT & NEC forms of contracts
