Who Will You Be Supporting?

You'll be part of a dedicated team supporting four gentlemen aged between their 20s and 40s. Each has autism, learning disabilities, cerebral palsy, and epilepsy (well managed), and they bring warmth, humour, and a wide range of interests to every day.

- Water lovers who take part in swimming and hydropool sessions (you'll need to be comfortable joining them in the water)

They are full-time wheelchair users and appreciate support staff who take the time to understand their preferences and celebrate their individuality.

What Will You Be Doing?

This is a hands-on, heart-led role where your support helps others live life to the fullest:

- Promoting independence by encouraging choice and participation in everyday life
