Electrician
Start date: Monday 11th August
Location: Milton Keynes and within a 25–30 mile radius
ARC is recruiting for a Electrician to start Monday 11th August in the Milton Keynes area. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established contractor delivering works on a long-term housing association framework.
Electrician Requirements
• ECS Gold Card
• 18th Edition
• Level 3 NVQ or equivalent
• Experience in domestic installation and testing
• Ability to work independently and professionally in occupied properties
• DBS check preferred (some occupied premises)
Electrician Job Details
• EICR testing
• Installation of Aico smoke alarms
• Fitting of extractor fans and PIV units
• Additional day-to-day domestic works on new build and refurbishment properties
• Ongoing work as part of a contract with Paradigm Housing
• Strong potential for long-term continuity based on performance
• Initial requirement for 1 electrician, with a second placement expected towards the end of August
