Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established, growing team as we look to expand our existing commercial contracts and qualification and training provision.
The postholder will play a key role in training prisoners in our commercial Industries workshops, ensuring that expected production levels and quality standards are achieved. Delivery of industry recognised qualifications is also a key aspect of the role.
The postholder will be required to supervise prisoners in the workshop, ensuring adherence to security and health and safety practices.
The successful candidate will receive the required training and PPE. There may also be opportunities to complete further training and qualifications to support onsite delivery objectives.
