Summary
We’re seeking a competent and experienced Finance and HR manager to join our core team to cover maternity leave from mid-October 2025 for around 9 months.
Being a member of our core team is a vital role for our organisation, providing the backbone and foundation for all the work done to empower children and young people to have a voice, place and space in their communities and the wider world.
Your role will be to manage strong financial, HR, administrative, and information systems that support CHILYPEP’s goals and growth, in accordance with its financial policies. You will need a detailed understanding of the financial requirements of the charity sector, along with excellent teamwork and communication skills. Experience and confidence in managing the diverse finance and HR tasks are essential to keep our vibrant and busy youth charity running smoothly.
You will work closely with our Fundraising Manager and collaborate with the core administrative team, who will handle many of the administrative aspects of the broader Finance and HR functions to support you in your role.
CHILYPEP is in the process of appointing an external HR provider to offer comprehensive HR advice, guidance, policies, and procedures, which will provide additional support to your position, along with regular assistance from the CEO and Treasurer.
