Summary

We're looking for a Senior Administrator to join our Transportation team based in Twyford Buckinghamshire. In this role, you will assist the site management team with a variety of administrative tasks to help ensure the smooth and timely achievement of project milestones.

Location: Twyford, Buckinghamshire - travel to the office required with remote working available

Hours: Permanent Fulltime 42 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

Salary: £29,000 - £32,500 per year + benefits



What will you be responsible for?

As a Senior Administrator, you'll be Project communications support and distribution, including administration of project distribution lists

Your day to day will include:

-Maintain employee and head count trackers

-Support project SharePoint administration

-Support Transportal document uploading and maintenance (document control)

-Source and manage the supply of office consumables

-Provide additional support to site teams as required



What are we looking for?

This role of Senior Administrator is great if you have:

-Experience working within a customer facing environment within an admin function

-Excellent advanced IT skills in Microsoft

-Ability to work on own initiative and deliver key objectives
