Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice in Accounts and Administration. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to start their career in a professional environment, gain valuable experience, and work towards a recognised qualification.
Job role: Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks Supporting the accounts team with data entry and record keeping Handling client enquiries in a professional manner Maintaining accurate and up-to-date files and records Any other duties as required to support the team.
Future prospects: Progression to full time role in the accounts and administration team.
Qualifications required: GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English - Grade 4 desired.
Skills and qualities required: Enthusiasm and Eagerness to Learn: A positive attitude and a genuine interest in developing new skills within accounts and administration. - Good Client Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues. - Attention to Detail: A methodical approach to tasks, ensuring accuracy and reliability in all aspects of work. -Team Player: Willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a collaborative working environment. - Organisational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise workload.
Working week: 35 Hours per week, Monday to Friday 9-5pm.
