Summary
We're hiring a Showroom Host to join a leading client's team in Hillington. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service who enjoys making a great first impression.
Key Responsibilities:
Weekend Duties (Saturday & Sunday):
- Greet customers as they arrive
- Offer refreshments (tea, coffee, biscuits)
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere
Weekday Duties (2 Flexible Weekdays):
- Maintain showroom presentation and tidiness
- Assist with arranging products and displays
- Provide support to the sales and customer service team
- Answer basic customer queries and direct them appropriately
- Saturday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Sunday: 10:00am - 5:00pm
- 2 Weekdays (Flexible): 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Friendly, approachable, and professional manner
- Confident communicator with good spoken English
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Comfortable working weekends
