Summary

We’re looking for an Account Manager to support our successful and well established food client in Bo’ness. In this role, you’ll manage the supply of temporary workers and ensure smooth operations through established processes with adherence to compliance in all instances.

This is a diverse and hands-on role that requires you to work any 5 days over 7. It combines recruitment and client relationship engagement. You’ll thrive here if you’re committed to delivering excellent customer service and have strong leadership skills to guide your team and drive performance.

What You’ll Do as Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you’ll oversee key aspects of recruitment and service delivery as well as managing onsite team including:

• Building candidate pipelines for temporary roles and ensuring the recruitment process is seamless.
• Leading the day-to-day onsite operations, acting as the first point of contact for Account Coordinators.
• Engaging with internal stakeholders and the client to ensure smooth operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor data to support strategic decision-making.
• Meeting client deadlines by fulfilling staffing requirements.

• Recruitment, selection, and onboarding of workers.
• Accurate data input and validation for weekly payroll.
• Handling administrative processes such as absences and change requests.
• Collating data for weekly KPI’s, Power BI, and client reports ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Ensuring compliance and maintaining secure records for audits.
• Providing a positive customer experience and efficiently addressing worker queries.

What We Need from You

To be successful in this role, we’re looking for someone who:

• Can work any 5 days over 7
• Has experience in recruitment and service delivery, ideally in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
• Possesses strong leadership skills and is confident in handling complaints, grievances and conducting performance reviews.
• Can build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
• Has a good understanding of recruitment processes and compliance, with the ability to manage and build candidate pipelines.
• Demonstrates a proactive attitude and an ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
