About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team, planning and executing events such as conferences, weddings, meetings, social gatherings, family fun days and craft fairs.

You will oversee events including set up & delivery, co-ordinating catering requirements and logistics such as AV equipment and signage. Ensuring post event evaluation is conducted to assess the success of the event and gather feedback for future improvements. Ensuring the correct staff resources are secured and the relevant staff training is in place.

There will be a requirement to ensure the day to day running of the business is maintained to a high standard including the serving of catering packages.

You will also support the Event and Sales Operations manager in responding to client queries, maximising on sales opportunities. Cover the busy reception desk as required and assist in meeting and greeting all visitors to the hall.

About You

To apply for this post, you must:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Event co-ordination experience
  • Proven supervisory skills
  • Experience in the hospitality industry including bar experience
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to working
