About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering a personalised and engaging curriculum to pupils with a range of needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges. Working closely with a skilled team of teaching assistants and therapists, you'll help each child reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCPs
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
  • Collaborate with parents, carers, and external professionals
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting strategies as needed
  • Contribute to the wider school community and SEN development

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working with children with SEN (in mainstream or specialist settings)
  • Strong understanding of inclusive teaching practices and behaviour support strategies
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A nurturing, patient, and creative approach to teaching
