Summary

Leading and managing the Armada PFI Contract Management Team (CMT).  Setting and managing the priorities and work of the team to ensure delivery of outputs.
Promote a positive, collaborative, and proactive working environment within the team, and other teams across DIO and MOD.  
Develop your team and individuals to build capability and ensure appropriate succession and resilience plans are in place. 
Responsible for ensuring that the CMT is compliant with all mandatory and reporting requirements.  
Promote Health, Safety and wellbeing at individual, team, and corporate level.  
Develop, build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with our partners in accordance with ISO44001 principles that support and enable an environment of equal trust and challenge between all.  
Ensure strong and collaborative relationships are developed with Head of Establishment (HOE), HQ units and end user community to support effective communications and enable Service delivery.
Arrange, manage, chair and record customer liaison meetings as required.  
Ensure IP engagement plans, and activities are sufficient, suitable, adequate, and appropriate.  
Oversee and manage the end-to-end contract change process, reacting to meet changing customer requirements.
Ensure that solution proposals to change requests are appropriate to the requirement, technically robust and represent a fair and reasonable financial position.     
Ensure effective management of change though preparation of risk adjusted end to end delivery activity schedules and financial forecasts prepared and submitted by Industry Partners.  
Ensuring the Facilities Management Supplier delivers outcomes that our customers need and at the requisite service quality 
Facilitate an interface between PFI Core Service Delivery and any DIO Major Programme and Projects candidate projects at the station.
Manage formally requested “enabling works” through the contract change process.  
Identify opportunity for sustainability, carbon reduction or other efficiency and develop implementation options with IP for consideration of implementation. Providing/sourcing expert advice to HOE to support decision making.
Manage and assure delivery of Statutory, regulatory, mandatory, and contracted obligations for Services delivered by the PFI IP to ensure full compliance.  
Input regular updates of analysis on financial tracking through changes and KPI’s.
