Summary
Creative & Cultural Economy Administrator needed in Bristol Paying £17.47 per hr ref 5273618
Full time hours on a temporary basis
- Key Responsibilities
- Administration using a range of Microsoft Office tools
- Contribute to project reporting including infographics and presentations
- The administration of grant funding to external projects and support in approving claims, database management, designing reports, analysis of data and maintaining records for audit
- General team administration, g., setting up and supporting a variety of meetings, conference calls, briefings and events with both internal and external attendees, recording actions and ensuring these are followed up
- Handling queries from internal and external teams including project deliverers, finance (including raising purchase order numbers and setting up new suppliers), procurement, IT, evaluation and audit
- Help maintain mailing lists and contribute content to newsletters and e-comms
- Research as needed to contribute to work package development, including support for bid-writing and innovation
