Summary

We're looking for a Site Manager to join our L&Q team based in Rainham



Location: Rainham

Hours:40 hours per week - Monday to Friday



What will you be responsible for?As a Site Manager, you'll be working within the L & Q team, supporting them in delivering high-quality construction projects safely, on time, and to the required standards.

Your day to day will include:

-Leading, managing, and motivating the site's operational staff

-Managing communications and relationships with customers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, unions, and government agencies

-Implementing the operational project plan and ensuring compliance with contractual terms

-Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships throughout and beyond construction

-Ensuring compliance with Kier Group's SHE policy, legal requirements, and best practices



What are we looking for?This role of Site Manager is great for you if:

-You hold a CSCS card and have completed the Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)

-You have qualifications and/or experience in leading operational projects

-You are professionally qualified or working towards membership of a Professional Body

-You can demonstrate experience in a site management role

-You are an excellent communicator, highly organised, and driven to achieve high levels of customer and client satisfaction
