Summary
Support evidence-based dementia care that respects each residents individuality Help maintain compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies Oversee audits, care plans, medication management, and safeguarding processes alongside the clinical lead and general manager. Supervise and mentor care teams, promoting a culture of dignity and inclusion Support recruitment, rotas, training, and day-to-day team coordination Lead by example and foster professional development across the wards. Build trusting relationships with residents and their families, playing an active role in care planning and review meetings. Deputise for the General Managers role when required working closely with the Clinical Lead Assist with budgeting, stock control, and supplier relations Maintain a safe, welcoming environment and support community engagement Participate in the on-call rota
