Summary

We are seeking experienced Lead Shift Engineers for a prestigious contract at within the heart of London

Job Title: Shift Lead Engineer

Location: Moorgate

Pattern: Continental Day Shift (4on/40ff and 6on/60ff)

Hours: 07:00 to 19:00

Salary: £54,000 + Overtime

As a Lead Shift Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of your shift and managing a small team of 1-2 engineers. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be expected to:

  • Delegate and manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs), ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.

  • Create and maintain work schedules for your team.

  • Complete all necessary paperwork, including compliance log books and other essential documentation.

  • Ensure full site compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to your team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Qualifications needed:

  • City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or Mechanical Bias
  • 18th Edition

To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record of experience within the Facilities Management (FM) building services sector as a Lead or Shift Engineer.
