Job Summary

Developing the Young Workforce North East (DYWNE) was founded in 2014 as part of the Scottish Governments national Developing the Young Workforce Strategy. The initiative provides all young people aged 16-24 with opportunities into the world of work through supported planned regional employer led pathway events in all regional schools and through promoting awareness of training, further education, volunteering and work experience routes offered by our regional partners. There are 20 regional DYW Groups across Scotland.

An opportunity has arisen within DYWNE for a highly motivated, organised and experienced professional to join our team. The role offers the opportunity to be part of a dedicated team of coordinators who plan, organise and deliver events through our defined sector activity programmes offered to schools, supported by our wider team and delivered by regional employers who are engaged and committed to the DYW agenda.

To apply, please submit your CV along with a cover letter detailing your suitability for the role against the requirements set out in the person specification.
