Summary
We’re looking for a compassionate Senior Care Worker to support our dedicated care team and provide the very best care to our residents.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading and supporting a team of care workers during your shift
* Overseeing care plans and medication processes
* Providing hands-on support to residents
* Supervising and mentoring staff
* Auditing care quality and contributing to service improvements
SVQ 3 and experience essential or SVQ 2, experience and willing to complete level 3 within required time frame.
Post is 36 hours over three shifts, please note, this is made up of two shifts supervisor and one carer.
